UPS Shipping

• The PX only process orders over the phone and through UPS*. Ground Shipping will typically take 2-5 business days once an order is shipped. Per your needs, faster rates such as 2nd-Day Air or 3-Day Select (and more) are available.

• All active duty items such as tan uniforms, ball caps, campaign hats and more are required to be shipped to the area office only (unless office is located at a Resident Post), or available for pick up at the PX. All other merchandise can be sent to residential addresses. 

• Shipping and handling prices vary depending on weight, box dimensions, and destination. If requested, the PX can provide transaction number(s), receipt(s), and tracking number(s) to an email for customer reference.  We ship nationwide. 

• UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes. When ordering, please provide a valid physical address. 

*We understand prices are rising exponentially. We are a very small staff, and unfortunately we are at a position where we cannot afford to have our staff commute to USPS and enable tracking numbers. UPS has been the most effective way for the PX to ship. Thank you for understanding!
